Logging into CIP for the first time

Getting set up in the CIP can be done in a few short steps:

1. You will receive an email to your clinic email
2. Select “Accept Invitation”

1. Check the email is accurate - this will be your username moving forward
2. Enter a password. Your password must contain 12 characters with:
1. 1 Uppercase Letter (A, B, C, etc.)
2. 1 Lowercase Letter (a,b,c, etc.)
3. 1 Number (1,2,3, etc.)
4. 1 special character (!, @, #, etc.)
3. Confirm your password
4. Select “Create Account”

1. Confirm your First Name and Last Name are spelled correctly. The name needs to match what you have entered in UKG.
2. Select “Finish setup”
